How Can I Track My Order?
Upon dispatch, you will receive an email containing your tracking number which you can check by visiting https://www.ups.com/track. When Will My Order Arrive?
Our in-house distribution team will carefully prepare your order for dispatch within 3-5 business days of your order being received. Please note that this time frame is advisory, and during busy periods may be longer as a result of higher volumes.
Once your order has been sent out, it will typically take 3-5 business days to arrive and will be delivered between Monday and Friday.

I Haven't Received My Order
Please note that it is common for carriers to leave packages at alternative drop off spots close to the delivery address. Please check around your property to see if your delivery driver has left your package in a safe place.
It is also common for a package to be marked delivered by the carrier on the day it gets dropped off, which will then get delivered on the same day.
If 24 hours have passed since an order has been marked as delivered and you have still not received your package, please contact our Customer Service team at [email protected] and our team will be able to assist you further.
